You Will Need:
1 jar of pasta sauce
1 lb of ground beef (at least 80% lean)
1 package of cream cheese, softened
8 lasagna noodles
1 package of mozzarella cheese
How to Make It:
Heat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Put a little bit of sauce in the bottom of the pan, and spread it around until the bottom of the pan is completely covered. Set this aside.
In a medium pot, cook the lasagna noodles according to directions on the box.
In a medium sauce pan, cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain and return to pan.
Spread cream cheese down the center of each lasagna noodle. Use enough so the middle of the noodle is covered. Top the cream cheese with meat, making sure to evenly divide the meat among all the noodles.
Roll noodles tightly and place in a single layer in the baking dish. Top the rolls with the remaining pasta sauce and the shredded cheese.
Bake 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling. Let the rolls cool off for a few minutes before serving.
